For Father's Day my family indulged me and we all went geocaching together! I sometimes go with my daughter, but rarely do all four of us go. When we parked, we were all a little concerned the weather wouldn't hold up. We heard some thunder in the distance but it seemed like it might just hold up.

This was the third cache of the day. Ironically, I had forgotten it was here when we stopped to take a quick family picture (with my wife behind the camera). So instead we got it on the way back. Took just a minute to spot the well placed cache. It blends in beautifully and is in great shape.

Nice way to end our geocaching mini adventure.

Checked after the DNF and sure enough, the container had fallen into the long grass below. It's back in its spot now.

FYI -- it is NOT a Breckenridge Bear Magnet ... I think someone just stuck that on nearby. You're looking for a MICRO cache container. It holds nothing but a log. For some reason, I've seen folks leave a box there (I removed it) ... and now I guess a magnet ... I'll go get that. Not sure why this very common type of hide is attracting these extra goodies ... but they are not the cache.

Out here visiting from California! Got to take a walk with the CO and towards the end of the hike we came to this cache. It took a little time to spot this bugger, especially with Weatherman64 attempting to eradicate a creepy spider’s nest near gz!!! I finally did find the cache and signed in...thanks, Sis, for hiding this cache for us to find!! IHN!
