Takes less than an hour  Scenic view  Available at all times  Available during winter  Parking available  Camping available  Truck Driver/RV

This is a small ammo can located just off CR77 / Tarryall Road approximately 6 miles north of Hwy. 24.  Lots of places to park on the edges of the side roads.

There are 2 ways to approach the cache....from the North (rocky) side or the East (easier) side.  I don't know that I'd advise walking in the dark because of the terrain.

The cache contains kids toys, a helpful book titled "Using Your Meter" (which you are welcome to take), a pencil and a log.

Use caution, have fun and please do not litter.  Thanks for visiting my cache.  I hope you enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

A big Congrats. goes out to Hartsdale for being FTF and "untucking" this cache.  Thanks for going out of your way and making the trip up the mountain!  Good job!!

I was searching for adventure today, and when I saw that a PT had been dropped in a newer (and regular sized!) cache, I knew this was the ticket. Made the drive up on some snowy roads, and more of a hike than I anticipated, but not bad and well worth it. The views up on the hill are gorgeous! Thank you for placing this and inspiring a change of scenery for me this afternoon

Another great location for a cache by Granitegrabber -- favorite point !
And it's an ammo can, which made the hike up in the snow all the more worth while.
A couple photos attached, but none of Tarryall Road, which was snow packed in areas, resulting in 30mph instead of 50mph, but no worries.
Parked and realized that approaching from the east would be MUCH better than from the north. So from the intersection where I parked a few hundred feet north of the cache, I kept the hill to my right while walking south until I spotted a good route to the top.
"Tucked Away" is the perfect title for this one, as despite all of the snow, I spotted the container from 8 or 10 feet away and there wasn't any snow on it at all.
Stamped the log, traded trackables and left one each of our two different pathtags, left some swag, put everything back the way I found it and headed back to the car.
TFTC !

This one is my First FTF for the new year.

I just had to hike up the hill and untuck it.

Very interesting spot with some nice views.

Thanks for the cache!
