"Alien Blogger here again,

 

I believed my blog post, GC826PG, would be my last, but they haven’t found me yet.  I have poured over the documents and discovered that the aliens are using a new type of communication.  I was able to retrieve the communication and decode it.  Be warned, the message is terrifying.  Here is what it said,

 

“Today is the end of humanity as you know it.  We have landed in several locations and have control over the air, land, and sea.  Your military cannot help you.  Resistance is futile.”

The transmission was followed by coordinates to this location. 

 

I urge all of you to prepare.  Please gather at this location and search for the alien pod (cache).  Sign it if you find it and search for others."

Thank you 2lablovers for the hide. Cute alien was still hanging around. Not sure if I was just lucky or if it was out for some fresh air. Relocated very close but less visible from the parking area.

Today I started the day by meeting @2lablovers at a puzzle site. Next we tackled a notorious puzzle (DGS Walking Dead) At the final we saw a few crows harassing a hawk. We finished the day by heading west. The temperature dropped enough that I put on my jacket (partially for protection from the rain) and continued. Finished the day with 21 caches. Great day.
Saved the best traditional cache for the last find of the night. After 2LL abandoned me at Target I plotted my revenge. Drove to this GZ and began my search. I thought I would pull up, make the quick find and then taunt them. But the joke was on me. It took me a while to find this cache. I might have even experienced some 'lost time.' Even though it's in plain view and neon green. Or is that mean green? Dunno. But well done. Happy to report that everything is safe here. Unless the aliens leave what looked like dog poo about 20 feet away, there were no remnants of their invasion. TFTC!
