Alien Blogger here again, I believed my blog post, GC826PG, would be my last, but they haven’t found me yet. I have poured over the documents and discovered that the aliens are using a new type of communication. I was able to retrieve the communication and decode it. Be warned, the message is terrifying. Here is what it said, “Today is the end of humanity as you know it. We have landed in several locations and have control over the air, land, and sea. Your military cannot help you. Resistance is futile.” The transmission was followed by coordinates to this location. I urge all of you to prepare. Please gather at this location and search for the alien pod (cache). Sign it if you find it and search for others.

We were saddened to learn that this cache is missing. After hearing from some DNF'ers, we went to check on it and it is gone :( It is so sad/frustrating when a carefully crafted geocache, designed for a certain spot, goes missing. Dave thinks that it is likely floating past Grand Island, Nebraska right now (after having been found on the ground and tossed into the creek). We will replace the cache soon. Sorry for those of you that searched to no avail.

We came back to look for this cache a second time, this time with another of our group, as well as three local cachers that we ran into at a nearby cache. Despite a thorough search by the six of us, there was no cache to be found.

FTF] 2-1-19 at 7:51 pm with a large group of amazing geocachers. Today, while at the South Urban Cache Keepers Meeting, we were discussing all the Invasion caches that came out. A cacher who placed one explained that one of his (ok his name rhymes with Dave and Sue) that hadn't been found. He left the event to watch some random, unimportant sporting event while we continued sitting, talking about random, unimportant geocaching stuff. But as we finished, we conspired to get the remaining FTF. [@imusttravel2000 was reluctant, but it didn't take much to convince her to join us :) Then @imusttravell2000, @BackCountryHorsemen, @2LabLovers, and I headed over there.
After I steered us to the wrong geo-beacon, we went toward the correct one. We quickly had the cache in hand. Very well placed and done! We scribbled our names on the log and planned on our next moves. TFTC!

"FTF" at 7:51 PM with LostinDenver, Imusttravel2000 and BackCountryHorseman. It was dark and cold and we had to go up and down a slippery slope and then find a well hidden sneaky cache ad fight off several aliens but we were victorious. We were successful tonight, but who will win the Invasion ??
