Alien Blogger here again,

I believed my blog post, GC826PG, would be my last, but they haven’t found me yet.  I have poured over the documents and discovered that the aliens are using a new type of communication.  I was able to retrieve the communication and decode it. Be warned, the message is terrifying. Here is what it said,

 

“Today is the end of humanity as you know it.  We have landed in several locations and have control over the air, land, and sea.  Your military cannot help you. Resistance is futile.”

 

The transmission was followed by coordinates to this location.  I urge all of you to prepare. Please gather at this location and search for the alien pod (cache).  Sign it if you find it and search for others.

Found with a square dance friend. She used her phone flashlight and actually spotted it first. Beware - it's an ouchy location but she was very happy to have seen it first! Was fun quickly explaining what GeoCaching is all about - might just have us a brand new cacher in the making.

Brought Mrs Barasaur to the airport as she heads to Paris for her Step dad's funeral. Sad trip for her. Thought I would grab a few caches after dropping her off while the ground was still frozen (not muddy) and though there was snow most had melted around the poles etc that I was able to find the caches easily. Sometimes kicking them loose from being frozen to the ground. With wet feet I was able to grab some and leave some fun geotrails in the snow.

Fun day of caching with LostinDenver and WindAtMyBack. Headed east hitting Limon, Hugo and Aroya. Got a total of 38 caches. It was a little hotter than we expected out on the plains but nothing unbearable. Naturally we didn't get as many as we wanted (do we ever?) but that just means we will have to make another trip ! Had to stop for this one as we make our way back home since we know the CO.
