With great weather, we decided to take a long drive to see the Kiowa-Bennett road from Bennett to Kiowa. I found an empty, cracked container on the other side of the barbed wire fence and managed to retrieve it with a stalk. I put in a replacement container at GZ. As I was coming back to the geotruck, I found the lid. Discarded the distressed container at home. Thanks for the placement, Imusttravel2000!

On a caching spree to break my record of most caches found in a day.
The log was soaked. I patted it down on cloth to dry it a bit, signed gently and returned TFTC!

I had an appointment out on the eastern plains today. I typically do not do any power runs anymore, especially by myself. But I decided that I'd make this trip more worth while today by grabbing some caches along the way.
Some of these roads were a muddy, muddy mess. At one point I did get stuck and it brought back memories of getting stuck on a farm road in Kansas with some friends not long ago. Thankfully my electric slip control on the geomobile helped inch me out of the mud. Cleaning my car from the inch of mud caked on it now will take some time.
I found numerous caches on the plains today and did not score one DNF...HOORAY! Thanks to everyone out here who has been maintaining these caches so well.
Found Silo View # 33 on March 29, 2017 using Cachly for iOS.
Thank you, imusttravel2000 for placing a fun cache for all of us to enjoy. I look forward to finding more of your caches.
