I was on target at Target getting On Target. This was a very convenient placement for me tonight, as I had to fill up the geo vehicle with some good ol' Costo gas across the street. AND it's this cache's 2-year birthday, so Happy Birthday On Target! I also needed a cache that was hidden on January 8th. This was probably the easiest D3 I have picked up yet.
