We are from Washington state and here for a wedding in Sterling. We stayed at Jumbo Reservoir which was the farthest east we'd traveled in Colorado (until now!). This was also our first time caching in Nebraska. Enjoyed the history and the thunderstorms (we don't have lightning/thunder as ferocious as you do here)! We found this cache with my cousin Lynn, and her BF, Billy (his first time caching). Thanks for the effort in placing this cache!

The gz was like a swamp but we do the job anyway. Thanks for a cache.

The GZ was one big puddle of rain water and we got our shoes wet immediately. After searching one object for a while I suggested to suula that he checked something else and there it was. Thank nou for the cache!

Day 6 of the 2018 Epic Geocaching Roadtrip with cactuslover. We traveled through western Nebraska, Eastern Colorado, and Western Kansas. Picked up some great caches. Quick find as we were making our way south towards Arikaree and Mingo.

The wife and I both swear we have found this before but maybe those Welcome Colorado signs start looking alike. Anyway, we stopped to ensure a smiley face, found the packet but the rain had dampened the log. We replaced best we could to keep the moisture out but something has chewed on the ends. Thanks for bringing us (back?) to this corner!

Our first CO find. On our way cross country from CA to IN. Unfortunately, we got here at night but still found it with our iPhone flashlights.

And a nice welcome it was as I prepare for some high-altitude caching in this largely mountains state. Of course the mountains are far from this corner of the state; good job and TFTC!
