Solved this one a few days ago and stopped by this morning to make the find. The container was in bad shape so I replaced it with a new and improved version. Fresh log and baggie too. It’s now just larger than a bison tube but is still hanging. TFTC!

I love finding these NAN caches close to home. As the previous cacher mentioned, there is no lid. I tried to remove the log but because it is moist, I could not remove it in one piece or sign the log. Therefore, I left it alone and hopefully it will dry out and be removable for the next cacher.
