It will be interesting to see this place in the summer when it is being used for soccer.  We have just recently moved here and so have seldom seen this area as anything but a big open field that the geese love !!    There are strict no parking signs in the soccer lot so we would suggest parking just across the street in the shopping center.  Be careful with small children as there is a small drop off into the stream close to the cache.

Cache is a camoed Airbourne container along the Cherry Creek trail.   There is a paved trail most of the way but then you go off trail - watch out for the river bank.  Be aware of nearby muggles - passing by or watching the soccer games. After getting this cache there are several more nearby on this same trail. Congratulations to scaber for FTF 8/30/13 cache is now a pill bottle hanging from a tree

This one was really eluding me. I eventually decided to give it a rest and grab the other ones before trying this one again on the way back. Thankfully, the new angle on things changed my luck. Thanks for the cache!


Ended up parking by Office Depot and walking about 4 miles in less than 3 hours grabbing these caches. It was such a nice afternoon that I even stopped and had lunch by the water. Al if the caches were found in great condition and were all very thoughtful and worth the drive over from Aurora. Thanks a lot for all the caches.

Someone must be fertilizing this area - it is like a jungle !! We couldn't find it either so left a new one and it should be a quick find - just watch out for the cactus !

Took a look for this one with herndonrd. I was hoping to make this my 100th 2lablover find. Unfortunately we struck out. It's a good thing you have other caches to find.

After looking and looking, I could not find it. Does not mean it is not there. Watch out for cactus though if you are searching. Recommend pants over shorts.
