5-22-09 I checked and it looks like Liz split town. Her twin sister is filling in for her a few feet away and she's tied in place. Now she's easier. Hint updated

Awesome cache. Hint made sense after find :) Targeted a cache with 10+ faves on the way to scout camp for the current event going on. I will add another fave. Log was pretty beat up but able to sign.
