Hogback ridge , beautiful easy hike, about 3.5 to 4.0 miles from the trailhead at either end. You can also get to it from the Zorro trailhead at Rooney Rd about 1.5 miles one way.

Finally got out to explore Dinosaur Ridge today! What a gorgeous day, too! Thanks for placing this cache. The container is quite brittle and cracks easily. The upper portion is fully cracked off and is therefore not rain/snow resistant anymore.

Although I’ve been to dinosaur ridge a few times, I still have yet to pick up all of the caches I want. I was grateful to have the opportunity to return and continue my “nibble“ strategy to clear the area. Today my goal was to pick up the remaining caches (that I want) on the northern portion of the ridge. Hiking hogbacks is always fun because you have the opportunity to get simultaneous good views on two sides. Despite the low difficulty ratings, all of my finds on the ridge today were hard fought. I was grateful to make the find on this one. Thanks to the CO for placing this nice cache for everyone to find, TFTC.
